This recipe book should be populated with recipes in the .rec format used by recipeGrid. When this repository is modified it is automatically converted into table format and uploaded to http://recipies.18sg.net.

Don't forget to specify how many people the recipe serves in your recipe so that the ammounts can be scaled for the website.
